  • Order Processing

    • 1. What are your operational hours?

      We operate Mondays – Fridays (8.00am – 5.00pm) and alternate Saturday (8.30am – 5.00pm) except on public holidays.

    • 2. How can I make changes to a confirmed order?

      No. You cannot make changes to a confirmed order. However, you can cancel the confirmed order and place a new order.

    • 3. Can I order through the phone for item listed on website?

      No. You can only order online products directly on our website.

    • 4. How do I know if I have placed my order successfully?

      You would receive a confirmation email with your order summary. A valid email address is necessary for us to contact you. Please check your spam folder also if you cannot receive the confirmation email after a while. Alternatively, you may login to your account and check order status under your Orders.

    • 5. How can I get refund for my cancelled order?

      You need to cancel your order in the same day you placed the order. We despatch our orders normally the next morning.
      Late cancellation is subjected to cancellation fee payable.
      Refunds would take up to 14 working days to be processed, subjected to your credit card's billing cycle.

    • 6. Where can I self-collect my order from your retail stores?

      The associated retails stores can be found on our website. You need to indicate your preferred location. The change of collection location is not allowed.

    • 1. How much is the delivery charge?

      Fixed rate $10 will be charged for Single address in Singapore. For a purchasing more than $100, the delivery charge will be waived.

    • 3. What are your delivery timings?

      We despatch out orders at early of morning every working day for both local and international orders.

      International Delivery Regulations
      Delivery of goods is subject to custom duties, taxes and fees payable by the recipient at the prevailing tax rate of the destination country, and subject to custom regulations of the receiving country. Customer assumes full loss when the package is refused entry, confiscated, destroyed or returned. No refund of product or delivery charges whatsoever. Customer is advised to verify with relevant authorities regarding import regulations of the receiving country when in doubt.
